Jay Weiner is an award-winning journalist and author whose writing career spanned sports, politics, public affairs, and higher education. He’s reported on sports business issues, a high-profile U.S. Senate recount, and fifteen Olympic Games. He’s written speeches for a university president and managed the website of a regional Federal Reserve Bank. Weiner is the author of four books, including his latest, “A More Dangerous Game: How a Young Sportswriter met Patty Hearst and Landed in Federal Prison.” He lives and writes in St. Paul, Minnesota.
